Consistent quality, fast shipping

Decent products, slow support
I ordered the Keratin Tropic Treatment and the Professional Application Brush. The treatment itself is great, left my hair super smooth and it smells nice. However, the brush bristles were a bit stiff, not as good as the one I had before. My package took 6 days to reach me in Florida, which felt a little slow. I also had a question about the application process and it took customer service two days to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating when I was ready to use it.
